Eyelash Extensions… AGAIN!
Hi All,
I was hooked on extensions last year, kinda of got tired of all the maintenance, quit.. and now here I am again with new extensions.
Instead of going to my regular salon, I decided to go the more economic route – groupon deal. I paid 89 (87? confused) dollars for a full set of extensions + 1 fill. The lesson I learned is – you get what you paid for.
Well.. the procedure lasted only 45 minutes, compared to the two hours my previous salon took. The experience wasn’t as professional as my usual place, and here are the results.
This time, I went with 15mm (last time I had a mixture of 13mm and 14mm). I asked for a mix of 14mm and 15mm so it could look dramatic and natural at the same time, but I think the person just used all 15mm.
I feel a bit “ugh..” about the extensions being all the same length. The lashes are thicker and have an obvious “fake” look to them. Anyway, here’s some alternative views of the lashes.
As you can see, the left side was done in a pretty shoddy manner.
The lashes are pointing all over the place, while the right side fans out in a pretty manner.
I don’t even know if it’s worth going for a fill, but anyway – just wanted to let you guys know that I’m back with lash extensions. I’m probably going to trim the front part a bit and go back to my usual place after these fall off.

Aw, that sucks. I'm sorry that the procedure didn't go too well. I've never tried eyelash extensions but I am intrigued by them. If I ever do decide to get them, I'll make sure to go to a reputable store!

I don`t think that extentions are good for a long time, too expensive and you have to stick it on your own lashes.
I`m korean and I have the typical asian lashes: short and just a few, but I`m using M2Lashes, an eyelash activating serum for 6 weeks now, and it`s awesome. I got longer and more own lashes. Maybe you should also try it ^_^

I've been wanting to try it out, since I got a slightly shorter range of eyelash length on my left eye than on my right and it somewhat annoy me. But, I think it's too expensive to get done in Europe so I'll wait to go back to Thailand for the summer and try it out!

Hi Catalina, I guess you must have been busy lately hence not much video. Although I have not subscribed to your channel, I have been following you for years 😀 I have not try any eyelash extension but some of my friends swear by Novalash. They have very bad experience but were pleased with this one. In fact a friend run a biz doing Novalash. If I'm not wrong, it originated from US? Maybe you like to give it a try? Hope it helps.

언니! I was obsessed with eyelash extensions last year and stopped getting them done as well because of high maintenance. I go to a place called Angel Lash in Korea Town and the entire cost is $60 + tip. I highly recommend that place. 🙂 I've never had any problems with the lashes and the entire process!

Nice review especially the picture of the eyelash looks so beautiful. I normally have average length eyelashes, but I'm trying to become a model so I wanted them to be exceptional. When I saw xlash eyelash serum on this website xlash.net/ for such a low price, I decided to give it a try and see if it would actually work for me. I noticed results within a week, and now after using it for around two months they are starting to touch my eyebrows! This is really good deal.
